Individual sessions are now available on Friday morning or Saturday morning at a private studio in Kingsland. Rates are charged per hour, or book a block of sessions. I highly recommend committing to a weekly session for best results and progress.
At least 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given, unless under special circumstances, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
One to One Yoga
