Individual sessions are now available in Mangawhai, Northland, Auckland and surrounding areas. Rates are charged per hour, or you are welcome to book a block of sessions. I highly recommend committing to a weekly session for great results and progress.
At least 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given, unless under special circumstances, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
