Curious to swim in the 3D matrix of your body and improve your overall well-being?
A longer class format gives us the opportunity to explore a wider range of practices, with in-depth attention, questions, conversation and experience. This is open to anyone who has been practising with me for at least 10 classes, or if you have an established yoga practice of your own.
In this practice we will expand our range of touch and movement from the usual forms and pathways offered in yoga, to stimulate and re-map the territory of your body to your brain, improving our sense of resilience and adaptability to life.
